Michael Abramyan is a violinist attending New York University for a Master's degree in Violin Performance. He is a student of Professor Naoko Tanaka. 
A graduate of Concordia College in Moorhead, MN for a Bachelor's degree in Violin Performance as a student of Dr. Sonja Harasim. 
Since 2014, he has been a member of The Concordia Orchestra, the flagship ensemble at Concordia College. In 2015, he attained a position in the first violin section of the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra. Additionally, he is a founding member of The Cozmo String Quartet, created in 2015. 
As a full-time freelance musician and student, he regularly performs in many settings including solo recitals, chamber recitals, symphony orchestra concerts, and professional recording studios.
In his free time he enjoys technology, action sports, and photography.
